As for your set, I would personally drop Free Element. Glutton already has a pretty decent Spread 3 clip, so I don't feel it's worth the skill slots just for one extra shot per reload. I'd swap the Kirin Y chest piece for the Kulve Taroth one (A or B is your choice) for the two extra points of Critical Boost.
